Bulletins

Just as bulletins vary, so, by necessity, do our prices. Therefore, we do not have one set price for church bulletin editing. Prices start at $30 per page, but increase as the complexity of each particular bulletin increases.

Some factors which affect pricing include:

● How bulletin material is delivered to us (electronically via email or email attachment; hard copy by fax; hard copy by U.S. mail)

● Format of material (electronic file on disk, typewritten, handwritten, etc.)

● How many scans are generally required

● Timeliness of submissions

Please remember that each parish bulletin is an individual publication. We will work with you to determine what you need in a bulletin, and give you a final estimate after all factors are taken into consideration.

Church bulletin editing is a ministry to us.

The amount we charge is based on the time it takes us to produce a quality bulletin, combined with our overhead costs and the need to be fairly compensated for our work. We would never overcharge our clients.

When you are considering hiring us, we ask that you take the following into consideration:

What would you pay an in-house bulletin editor to produce a quality bulletin every week? Be sure to include health benefits, social security payments, etc. in your calculations.

What would it cost you to hire a bulletin editor with over ten years of editing/layout experience, a bachelor’s degree in English, professional writing experience, superb proofreading skills, and an extensive knowledge of the Catholic Church?
